- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with assistants to expedite the delivery of the project and to save money to the client. At first clients might think they are spending more because they are paying for the assistants too, however, if I do the same job by myself it will take at least 2 or 3 times longer and it ends up being more é for the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to offer a free assessment visit to see the space and better assess the needs of the client. Also, I like to meet the client in person. After that I send a proposal to the client and if the client accepts the proposal we schedule the starting date of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many different courses from NAPO throughout the years. I took many courses on chronic disorganization.
