When I think of Flavia, the first word that comes to mind is thank you. She has saved me so many times over the past 20 years its hard to count. The last save came when I moved from my old apartment to my new where she helped me clear out my storage unit before moving and then helped me to organize everything at the new place. I was completely overwhelmed and Flavias patience, cheery nature, good ideas and persistent, consistent work helped put my apartment and me back together again.
