- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated but I like to say it in advance. I usually charge 50% when project is awarded and the remaining 50% when project is completed and delivered.

Logo Design, corporate identity, advertising, brochures, flyers, postcards, catalogs, email design, business cards, presentation folders, forms, power point presentations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I recommend you to have a clear idea of what you want, what is the message, what it the purpose of the design piece your are trying to develop. If you have something in mind, share it with me! The best way to get a great product is getting good feedback and follow up with the client.
