Charles was wonderful to work with. He was readily available to answer questions and to do things we asked of him. He was a consummate professional and at the same time was like a friend, allowing me to vent, listening to our concerns with understanding and calming my nerves to boot throughout the process. I would definitely retain Charles again if I needed a real estate agent in the future.

Would recommend to everyone I know. Great real estate agent, very patient, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, always available, even on short notice when wanting to look at houses, or even to chat on the phone/ask questions.
