Jonathan manages our property since we live in New England. He does an excellent job, finds the best price for repairs, and alerts us to any problems before they become big ones. He is also very good at finding the right tenants for our particular property and is responsive to tenant needs--so I get no long distance crisis phone calls. He's also very pleasant in all his dealings.

Our fee is very competitive compared to market prices. We provide a discount on the lease fee and cap our management fee.

I like to educate new customers so that they have a better understanding of the process and what services to expect from my company. I'm hands on and the customer will always reach me with any questions or concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been providing property management since 1999. I studied Architecture and have work with many tradesman in these field.
