- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront Estimates. What we quote at in writing is what you will pay. We don't make adjustments once your contract is signed. We are also excited to be working with the PACE program Renew Financial created PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing as a simple, powerful way for Florida homeowners to finance the entire cost of energy and safety-related home improvements, such as heating and cooling upgrades, energy-efficient roofs and windows, home solar, and wind hardening. 100% financing is available. Funds are gradually repaid as a line item on property taxes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates and inspections. Once we meet the customer and discuss what they need we write up a contract. If they agree to our price and service we move forward with all of the paperwork from their HOA if their is one and paperwork for their permits. Then we start the process of picking out materials and start the project. We can only do estimates if you own the house. Do to insurance reasons we can not.
