I have elderly parents who needed a new TV set up. They aren’t very tech savvy to say the least! The tech came over to the house, took great care of setting up my parent’s new TV. He even told me it was a little harder than he thought because my Mom couldn’t remember any of her PW’s, but he took the extra time to help her out. Gave me a very fair price. Would definitely hire again!
