Had an unsuccessful start with plumbing "pros" in my new apartment. I have made some major changes and constantly heard "Can't do this, can't do that"... Was very frustrated. NO ONE was able to give me a detailed offer specifying labor vs materials. I'm not new to construction and realize that this is how most of the so called "Pros" get you or simply can't price their own labor. Not sure which scenario is better.
Hired "Reliable Construction & Plumbing" to install one toilet to start with. Was skeptical at first.
Yaacov showed up on time. Very quit and professional gentlemen who heard my requests and wishes. Took a good look at the job site and put notes in his notepad. Next day reverted with a concrete loud and clear proposal of his labor vs materials.
Works quick and neat like a jeweler. Lives no mess and takes no lunch breaks. Offers the path of least resistance without sacrificing the quality and ergonomics of the project. Well mannered "Old School" gentlemen makes work a pleasure.
He ended up taking the whole job under his supervision which I'm very happy about.
Maybe not the cheapest one out there, but his reliability, professionalism and work ethics has an absolutely reasonable price tag.
I would hire Yaacov again for any project without any doubts.
