- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aspire to carry out a reputation in the market place in providing the best quality residential and commercial repair and improvement services at the lowest competitive price. We do post analyzes after a project has been completed, to see if we can improve the prices and be more competitive with our sacrificing the quality of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We determine the needs of the customers and work with them to find a solution to their problem and/or need. 2.We make ourselves available to answer any questions that our new and existing customers may have. 3. educate new and returning customers in the procedures and requirements of the project. 4. We then work with the new and existing customers to ensure that all of their needs and wants are included in the proposal before final submission. 5. We work with new and existing customers from start to finish, to ensure that the project is satisfactory and fulfill all of their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. I've received training and education, for general contracting in construction. I'm a certified general contractor, as well, as licensed and certified painting contractor. I've also received over 400 hours of training as a home inspector and I'm a licensed home inspector.
