- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making initial contact , I begin by doing a physical evaluation and having you tell me what your looking to accomplish, then I take the information provided to me and build a unique and one of a kind workout plan and this will be my guide. On a month to month basis, I will re-evaluate you and adjust the plan so I can continually shock your body. Once you have reached your goal I will then build a plan that will help you maintain your current state.

I have the experience and education needed to take my customers where they want to go.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love for fitness and helping people change their lives, drove me to want to become a trainer.
