Get work. Professional. Fair price. Very, very responsive for toilet replacement project. Provided options regarding without toilet purchase or with toilet purchase. He got exact toilet (w receipt) to my specification, which I was having issues finding at Home Depot/Lowe's. Definitely recommend.

We provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins. Our standard diagnostic/service fee is $120 and is credited toward the repair if you approve the work. New customers also receive 35% off their next service, and our workmanship is backed by an 18-month warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first review the customer’s plumbing issue, location, photos, and any available details. We then provide an estimated price or schedule an on-site diagnosis if needed. Before starting any work, we explain the problem, the recommended solution, and the total price so the customer can make an informed decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential, commercial, and service plumbing. My experience includes drain cleaning, water heaters, toilets, faucets, leak repairs, piping, fixture installation, rough-ins, and plumbing troubleshooting.
