What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever a new customer reaches out, we will reach back out and set up a time to come out and give them a free, personal estimate based on their wants and needs. If the customer decides to move forward with us, we will then set up a time for the project to begin. We make sure that every detail goes smoothly and that you are worry free and receive the BEST fence on the block!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask them any questions in the world. This is fence is FOR YOU. So, make sure you do what you got to do to feel good about it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What kind of fence do you want? How tall do you want it to be? Where is it going? Do you want the fence to be straight across the top, or to be flush with the ground? How many gates do you want?
