FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project gets a detailed, itemized proposal so you know exactly what you’re paying for — no vague lump sums. Pricing reflects quality materials and proper installation methods, which matters especially here in South Florida with hurricane and code requirements. I’m upfront about costs from the start, and any changes to scope are documented and approved before work proceeds, so there are never surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to understand the scope, timeline, and budget, then do an on-site walkthrough when possible. From there I put together a detailed proposal so there are no surprises. Once we’re aligned, I keep communication open throughout the project with regular updates, and I walk every client through the finished work before calling the job complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s degree in Construction Management, a Florida GC license, and memberships with NAHB and the Gold Coast Builders Association. I’m also one of only three contractors in South Florida with a Sashco roof underlayment certification — a specialty that reflects the level of detail I bring to every build.
