Our AC randomly broke and I talked to several different companies to get a quote/advice. I’m so happy I went with Libra Air to install 2 AC units. Marquise was extremely nice and professional, and ended up giving me the best price and value. He even talked to me after hours to help me pick a unit and was available the next morning to come install. Him and his team came on time in the morning and was able to explain everything in a way that made sense. They cleaned up afterwards and even vacuumed my stairs after installing the upstairs unit.

If I could have chosen Great Responsiveness and Punctuality, I would have too. Being a single mother, it can be difficult to find people who are honest and upfront about costly repairs without the fear of being taken advantage of. It is apparent that Marquise cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. He was sure to explain the how and why I was having the issue that I was, and gave a cost effective and practical solution to what could have unnecessarily costed thousands by having the work done anywhere else. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions to get a better idea of the customer’s needs. We take note of the answers to these questions and put together 2-3 customized estimates that customers can choose from. These estimates are based on the customer’s needs and wants. We also recommend additional services/accessories if deemed necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 year hvacr apprenticeship. 1 year vocational training. 10 years in the field
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A high school friend of mine was in the trade and introduced it to me. He guided me to the proper schooling and training. He even helped me get my first job a at a company where he worked. That company owner is now a good friend of mine who also helped me pave the road to where I am now. That was 10 years ago and here we are.
