- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Estimates. we aren't sales driven so if it's a simple fix then we still look over the system as well to make sure its performing top notch
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
depending on what type of call it is. a service call we have a technician dispatched to their residence to diagnose and fix the issue. if it is a install we go out discuss options with the customer find out any needs or wants and if their are any issues and work on resolving those
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ptec hvac/r certificate, Racca 5 year hvac and Refrigeration journeyman license, esco institute certification, on going training year round
