Hello, Ms. Penelope, thanks for the review but like any other job I will go to the client house note what need to be done then write an estimate and send it to the client. And in Your case I will follow that procedure even more since you called me two days prior the appointment stating that you were having mold at your property and mold is something that have to be treated by a company that does that kind of work. Furthermore, when I got to your house I noticed and explained to you that the humidity that you are having is because you have not gutters and your ground is grade toward your wall causing the water going to your foundation. Then you said that you will talk to your landscaping guy to grade your ground so that the water runs away from your house and not toward your house. As far as touching your paint I explained to you that whatever I touch will not match your paint because the paint job that you have at your house still showing the prior paint. Then we agreed that we will pick a day for me to come back and paint the whole run to show an even color. Even though it appeared to me that you were not quite clear in how you wanted to get things done. But Ms. Penelope I am really great full that you picked my company to serve you with excellence but feel free to find some else if you are in a hurry after you and I had agree to something.
