- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Most projects are quoted upfront whenever possible, and any changes are discussed and approved before work begins. Discounts may be available for veterans, repeat customers, property managers, and larger projects. My goal is to provide quality workmanship at a reasonable price while helping customers stay within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a conversation. I take the time to understand your goals, budget, and timeline before recommending solutions. When needed, I schedule an on-site visit to assess the work and provide an accurate estimate. Once the scope of work is agreed upon, I document the project, communicate clearly throughout the process, and take before-and-after photos whenever appropriate. My customers are always informed about what is being done and why, with no unexpected additions or charges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in cleaning, maintenance, repairs, customer service, and property care. Much of my knowledge comes from working alongside skilled tradespeople, managing residential and commercial properties, and completing a wide variety of repair and maintenance projects. I continuously expand my knowledge through research, manufacturer instructions, and industry best practices to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
