I chose Bay 10 Flooring after reading many (all) detailed 5 star reviews. I am joining the 5 star club because they were excellent and very deserving of it! Communication was quick and professional. Travis helped in picking the LVP flooring I was replacing from disgusting carpet in my master bathroom. Devin did an amazing job. In my experience with home repairs and flipping homes, one thing i value is responsiveness, work ethic and quality of work. Alex at Bay 10 Flooring checks all those boxes. Bay 10 Flooring, Alex, did outstanding work. My floor is amazing. Alex was very organized, had very high standards, and completed the work in a timely manner. He was always conscious of being careful with my things and went overboard on the furniture moving because I had a lot. He made a plan for each step in the process and carried it out with great professionalism. I highly recommend hiring him for any flooring jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all of my pricing is based on square footage. the only variance is when working in small spaces like bathrooms or mudrooms.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process for a new customer is meeting and writing up an estimate. Then deciding on a product. Most flooring requires that it acclimates to the installation area a day or two prior to the actual install, so we make sure this process happens. Then the old flooring comes out, the subfloor is prepared, and your new floor gets installed!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine ran a flooring company in Colorado, and when i lived there i would help him on various projects. I enjoy the work, and love seeing the final product
