- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Costs for decorating, especially in the 1st year are a lot. For a decorating package that is elegant and installed with the best products, you can expect a first year cost to range anywhere from $2500 - $4500 depending on what you want. In years moving forward you generally are $1250 on average. We offset our profits in the first year to reduce your costs, but in second and third year we recover that cost. This always varies depending on installation challenges, special equipment ect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it known upfront of budget requirements. If you meet a minimum budget of $2500 we can start there. Everyone wants the Griswold look, but many times misunderstand that even that cost in materials will not make that happen. So plan 1st year costs to be expensive as quality materials not found in stores, comes with a cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Founder and Owner is a working owner with 16 Years experience as an electrician, and 27 as a Firefighter and Fire Investigator. He inspects every single job, and trains staff annually as to the requirements for Installations and Safety. We want you and your family safe every time.
