- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all... 2 men and the truck $85/hour, 3 men and the truck $145/hour and a 12% of the total fuel surcharge - supplies are always extra! i.e. wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sure, I go to seminars often and am on top of the game with all the legal documentation!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in Chicago from 1970's as a shipper, loading containers, dealing with cargo via air and ocean, moving came later... I figured if I can pack a container to go thousands of miles to it's destination without any problems, then I can do moving just as well!
