- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sr. and Vet discount friendly! Upon arrival all we ask is you mention this and we are trust factor. Honor and trust system. We also do free wash Wednesdays so if you know a friend in need, we will put them on our growing list for a free wash for disabled folks in need!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon booking of appointment through Thumbtack's platform, we first look at what type of appointment it is. Thumbtack has TWO types of appointments. First their is an [INSTANT BOOKING]. Upon appointment set, we get back to you same day and then again when we are on our way. Secondly, if its a [DIRECT LEAD] this is where Thumbtack's customers engage us through their direct messenger program and we have 3 agents standing by to assist you with as fast of a quote as possible for your particular wash and and if booked early enough we can flex our operation and do emergency SAME DAY cleaning as we one of the few in the area that offer a 24 HOUR OPERATION.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We highly recommend powerwashinguniversity along with 35 years and two generations and that own and run the company. In terms of ongoing training, we also recommend and contribute to annual tech conferences and invest in the latest equipment and EPA certified brightening agents.
