- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do everything from a basic chemical check, all the way to a full service cleaning. This would include weekly Vacuuming, Cleaning the tiles, Brushing algae off of the walls, Skimming any debris off of the top, Emptying the pump/skimmer basket, Checking and adding any chemicals needed, Weekly salt checks and adding salt if needed and Checking the functionality of all equipment. We clean cartridge filters bi-weekly and backwash sand and DE filters once a month. We also use an app that allows us to take a before and after picture of the pool, input everything we did to the pool, track chemical levels, and what chemicals were added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always explain our process and what the pool needs to get started. We love our customers to be in the know with everything that is happening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years of experience in the industry. We are also CPO certified and licensed.
