I had previously called two "experts" from big companies to come and take a look at my issue. Both stood me up, making me lose time out of work and money. I posted my issue here and Douglas replied almost right away. He agreed to meet me at a specific time and date. He was in the area sooner and I was able to meet him at that time. He got my issue fixed and within half hour everything was great. He even told me how that issue came to be so that it does not happen again. I think that it was also decently priced. I had a price in my head and it made the treshold more or less, and I know most big companies would have tried to cash in. He helped me replace a solenoid on a sprinkler valve. I would recommend him 100%.

I had a great experience working with Doug! He was very quick to respond, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue with my sprinkler system right away and fix the problem efficiently. He took care of everything and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find someone who is responsive, knows what they’re doing, and gets the job done right!

I would definitely recommend Doug to anyone needing sprinkler system repairs.
