My mother taught "If you can't say anything good, don't say anything at all." So, I've put off doing this review for almost a month. Several friends convinced me it wouldn't be fair to other consumers to not speak up. So, with trepidation, here goes. First, I can say some things good. The lady in charge was very nice and it was easy to set an appointment with her. She brought 2 people with her, one of which was learning. She asked if I was OK with that, and of course I was. The 3 of them worked for 2 hours, and I just tried to stay out of their way. The only specific request I had was that they put my brand new sheets on my bed, and I asked if they'd mind changing the cat litter. They readily agreed to do both. When they were leaving I asked her what the charge was, because her ad said she gave a discount for first time customers. However, she charged me the full price. After they left and I looked around, I was so disappointed. I took a lot of pictures that same afternoon and have posted them here. The floors didn't look swept or mopped, the shower and tub had cleaning agent squirted on the walls and just left to drip, there was no dusting of windowsills, my nightstand, the bookcase, the chair rail. The trash in the office wasn't emptied. Maybe it's my fault for not specifying that I expected the floors to be swept and mopped, all of the counters cleaned, etc. But I expected that would automatically be done. They did clean the mirrors in the bathrooms. They vacuumed the rug in the living room. They cleaned the sinks.
