I met Mr. Muller from Advance Cool Air one holiday Monday when he was in my neighborhood leaving door hangers. I am happy he knocked on my door, which gave me the opportunity to find out he was the owner, and they have some discount coupons. I made an appointment with him to come on Saturday to clean my dryer vent. On Saturday, he was punctual. I observed how thorough he was as he cleaned the dryer vent and the dryer. He was accompanied by a younger employee who he treated with respect and took the time to teach. I was impressed.
I then asked for a quote to replace my whole AC unit. I have been waiting for another company to call me back with an appointment to do the job since November 2021. He did not automatically give me the quote. He first tried to save me cost by suggesting I could have the existing unit cleaned. In the process he was educating me about the unit, the differences etc. I opted for the new unit, and made an appointment for Monday at 10 am. Again, he was punctual. He called me because I was not home. I informed him I left the key for him to go in and do the job. His level of professionalism gave me the confidence to trust him in my home. Once I got home, he showed me the work he did. Again, he taught me how to care for the unit and how to use the new digital thermostat from my phone.
I like that I was dealing directly with the owner. He did not have to call “the office” to give me a price. Also, the office was not calling him to find out how long he will be because he has to go to another appointment.
I am very pleased with my new unit. The add-on whole house air purification system is also great.
I have no reservation recommending Mr. Muller (Advance Cool Air). They deserve five stars.

Update to my previous Review - I had a brand new a/c installed this past Friday. Jeffrey and Stanley came out to the house timely and the guys had to deal with a fence issue to get the unit onto my property and did so without complaint and then they installed the new a/c in such a expeditious manner. I was amazed that they were done so quickly. I am so pleased with my new a/c unit!! In addition, Muller made the financing process so easy and seamless as well. Thanks again Muller and Advance Cool Air!!I had the most amazing experience with Advance Cool Air. Not only does someone answer the phone but they communicate every step of the way. I needed my coils cleaned on my unit and they scheduled me right away. Muller and Kevin came out and were delightful to deal with. I will continue to recommend and use Advance Cool Air for my future a/c needs!!
