Jean did as he was asked, inspect my a/c unit and determine what needed to be done to keep it running properly. In addition, he explained how my old system can be upgraded to provide excellent performance in the future. He listened to my desires for maintaining the system at this time and looking to the upgrades in the future. I was impressed with his knowledge.
The A/C rep tec was very professional--he examined the A/C unit--came back with recommendations to be implemented as well as financing options. VERY PLEASED
