I found them on Offer-Up while looking for a technician to quote me for the installation of a new unit. Mr. Martin gave me comparable prices so I could make the best option within my budget, as I had informed him that at the time my budget was a bit tight.He suggested a used outdoor unit that was only five years old and in optimal condition, and recommended only installing the new coil in the indoor unit. The estimate was done over the phone, with just a few questions answered. They arrived at the agreed time and were very professional and courteous.They showed me the units to confirm what was agreed upon. The coil, fresh out of its box, and the outdoor unit were exactly what we had agreed upon. There were some minor issues since the internal unit is over 17 years old, but they resolved them by updating some parts that were already obsolete.The external unit doesn't feel like it at all.Now the air is freezing.The entire process was very easy and satisfactory. I'm not the easiest person to please. El coil recien sacado de su caja y la unidad de afuera era lo que habiamos acordado. Hubieron algunos percanses menores dado que la unidad de adentro tiene mas de 17 aos, pero ellos los resolvieron actulisando algunas piesas que estaban ya obsoletas.La unidad de afuera no se siente para nada.Ahora el aire conjela.Todo el proceso fue muy facil y satisfactorio.
