- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only want you to buy what you love. Some clients will spend $400 and some will spend $2500. It’s entirely up to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After your initial inquiry I'll get back to you as soon as possible to set up a time for a quick chat so I can learn more about you and how I can best be of service. Once you decide to book your session you just need to pay your session fee and sign your contract, both can be done electronically. After your session we'll book your viewing session in which you will be able to purchase your prints, products or digitals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad passed away when I was little and all I have now are photos of him. Because of this I truly understand the importance and power of photography and since then I’ve always had a camera in my hands. Through lots of practice and workshops I slowly honed my skills and was being asked frequently to take photos for others. Eventually my dream of helping others capture memories and tell their story through portraits became reality and I opened Toniann McGill Photography.
