The technician was professional, punctual, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. He explained what was going on with the system and showed me the readings before adding refrigerant. The upstairs unit only needed 15 oz to be properly charged, and after the adjustment it is cooling noticeably better. I appreciated that he didn’t try to oversell unnecessary repairs and kept the visit straightforward. Overall, solid service and transparent communication.

I had a problem with my air conditioner. It was leaking and not cooling. They were able to come out evaluate it and fix it. The three other AC people tried to get me to replace the whole unit unnecessarily. They were here quickly and solve the problem very inexpensive.
