I had a problem with my air conditioner. It was leaking and not cooling. They were able to come out evaluate it and fix it. The three other AC people tried to get me to replace the whole unit unnecessarily. They were here quickly and solve the problem very inexpensive.

B&M gave me excellent service on my HVAC needs. For over a month my unit had been struggling to cool my home and was making a labored sound from the outside unit. After contacting the company on thumbtack, they responded within minutes and set a time to come out later in the day to service the unit. The tech arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue on the outside unit. The manager Sergio gave me a fair quote and replaced what was needed outside. The following day I noticed that my unit still could not keep up with the cooling needed. I again contacted Sergio and he quickly responded that they would come the following morning to assess what the issue was with the inside unit. They arrived as promised and quickly assessed the myriad of issues that needed to be addressed to get me back in business. The unit was prepared and both times not only was the offer fair for the price to repair the unit but they also never charged a fee to come out and do the assessment. I’m extremely happy with B&M and already referred them to a friend who had already used them who was also happy. Thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from your company B&M recently. My AC had been acting up, frequently turning off, which prompted me to reach out to B&M for assistance. The technician ( Alex) assigned to my case, was not only hard-working and diligent but also incredibly polite. Despite facing challenges with the AC unit, he remained focused on rectifying the issue efficiently. Sergio, whom I believe is the owner of the company, was also very helpful and maintained clear communication throughout the process. After initial visit and repair work, unfortunately, the problem resurfaced a couple of hours later. I contacted Sergio, keeping in mind that this was a Saturday evening close to 8:40 pm. I was pleasantly surprised when Sergio assured me that he would send the same technician back to address the recurring issue promptly. I wanted to extend my gratitude to your team, especially Sergio and the Alex , for their professionalism and dedication to resolving my AC problems. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and I am grateful for the prompt assistance provided.
