Brandon is amazing. He did everything needed on a home inspection report, meaning his skill set and knowledge are vast. He is professional, cleans up as he goes, a man of character. He was a Godsend for me. It’s always a risk hiring someone unknown, but I can confirm that there is no risk and only reward if you hire Brandon.

I saw so impressed with Marcely Property Improvement I will definitely use them again. The company replace trim under the south side of my home damaged by the sun. They ensured the wood grain next to the trim not replaced matched the new trim. You can't even tell trim was replaced

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically a little higher than our competition but not by much we do not compete on price because our quality and the job experience provides overwhelming value to our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have several options including online quoting and estimating, however my typical process is the old-fashioned show up and estimate that where the customer gets to meet me and I get to understand what they expect better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified home inspector and I also own and operate CLUE home inspection. I have worked for the better part of 20 years alongside building contractors home builders and inspectors to learn how to properly managed project is completed
