- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of notarization, number of documents/signatures, location, and travel required. I provide clear pricing before the appointment. Mobile travel fees may apply in addition to applicable notarial fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first confirm the type of document, number of signers, location, and preferred appointment time. I then confirm the pricing and appointment details. At the appointment, I verify the required identification, complete the notarization according to Florida requirements
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public and have completed notary training through the National Notary Association (NNA), including the required background screening. I also have extensive professional experience working with real estate and mortgage transactions and documentation.
