- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the job, but generally speaking, we have a conversation about the work needed and determine that I am the right fit for it. Then I interview them, do any research needed and submit drafts. I am happy to include two rounds of revisions in any small job; larger work is, of course, subject to more than that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a journalism degree and 25 years experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been a writer my whole life. My first very short story was published when I was 9.
