What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A kickoff phone call gets the ball rolling. we review goals and objectives for the website. Then we tailor a plan to meet those goals.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started learning how to market online for my business and then started helping friends with their businesses. They soon started to refer other businesses. I then started taking online marketing courses for PPC, Local Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't wait to start your local marketing, the sooner your start the better your results will be in the long term. Start with the smallest package you can afford and work your way up as more sales come in.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Marketing is about trying new things, testing, making changes, and more testing. Doing more of what is successful and less of what does not work.
