Attorney Ron Weksler is amazing! I called him on a Sunday at 4 PM, due to my fiancé health, and he had Al all of our estate documents, including Will, power of attorney, ladybird deed, and a medical surrogate all prepared overnight and I had it in my email thing when I woke up Monday morning. He even arranged For a notary and two witnesses to meet my fiancé to execute the documents. All this was done in the matter of less than 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything every step of the way. I am so happy I went with this lawyer because he got everything done so quickly and efficiently. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We have a free phone consultation with a licensed attorney to discuss your situation and recommend an estate plan based on your specific individual situation.
2. If you want to get started, we will gather all of the the necessary information (names, addresses, phone numbers of the people involved), prepare your documents, and send the 1st draft for your review and approval.
3. We schedule a call to review the documents with a licensed attorney to ensure everything is prepared according to your wishes and there are no typos or changes that need to be made.
4. Once approved, we deliver the final documents and arrange for everything to be signed and notarized in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami School of Law as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Law from the State University of New York (SUNY) Binghamton.
