Introduction: Yoga is more than a hobby or a profession to me, it is a lifestyle. Nutrition, specifically using the principles of ancient Ayurveda, is a great tool that complements the yoga practice when needed.
I hold two RYT-200 certifications, and have attended countless specialized workshops. I have a BA in Eastern Religions, and use my degree in life and health coaching. I also teach yoga philosophy workshops, nutrition workshops, meditation classes, and write a blog on the topics of yoga, nutrition and recipes, fitness and health. I am a runner and triathlete, and teach athlete-specific yoga, including yoga for cross-fit.
