Introduction: Yoga is more than a hobby or a profession to me, it is a lifestyle. Whether you are searching for yoga to relieve stress, to reap health benefits or deal with a health issue, or you are simply interested in trying something new, I will strive to deliver that and more. Nutrition, specifically using the principles of ancient Ayurveda, is a great tool that complements the yoga practice when needed. I hold two RYT-200 certifications, and have attended countless specialized workshops. I have a BA in Eastern Religions, and use my degree in life and health coaching. I also teach yoga philosophy workshops, nutrition workshops, meditation classes, and write a blog on the topics of yoga, nutrition and recipes, fitness and health. I am a runner and triathlete, and teach athlete-specific yoga, including yoga for cross-fit.

Fantastic! She knows her stuff and is very conscious of the atmosphere and the practice level of students. Her sequences are amazing, you can tell the diversity in her expertise and background. Great for athletes/active sports/training ppl too. Her music is fun and helps the meditative part of yoga. Ask her for guided meditation savasana, you'll love it.
