- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a normal service fee/hourly rate of $85hr. I do offer discounts to our men and women of service (active or retired) along with our elderly. If the job is more than a service call I then provide a job proposal with a estimated cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will get the same respect and professionalism everyone deserves. New or old.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve got many years experience in the construction field. I’ve taken many courses and worked under some of the greatest and knowledgeable masters in their respective field.
