FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our estimates are based on the specific details of each project — including size, scope, and materials — to ensure you get the best value for quality work. We offer free estimates, and depending on the job size or repeat business, we may be able to provide package deals or discounts. For larger projects or ongoing services, we’re happy to discuss customized pricing that works within your budget. There are no surprise charges, and we’ll always communicate any cost changes up front before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for Working with New Customers: Initial Contact & Consultation: We start by discussing your project needs over the phone or via message. We’ll ask key questions to understand your goals, timeline, and preferences. Free Estimate & Site Visit: For most jobs, we offer a free in-person estimate where we walk the space, take measurements, and go over any details. This helps us provide an accurate, no-obligation quote. Detailed Proposal: Once we gather all the information, we send a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and cost. We’re happy to answer any questions or make adjustments before moving forward. Scheduling & Prep: After the quote is approved, we schedule the job at a time that works for you. We handle all preparation work to protect your home or space before we begin. Professional Execution: Our team shows up on time, communicates throughout the project, and completes the work to high standards. We treat your property with respect and keep everything clean. Final Walkthrough & Satisfaction Check: We walk through the finished work with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. Only when you’re satisfied do we consider the job complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and certified in the trades we offer, including painting, drywall, framing, and waterproofing. While stucco work doesn’t require a state license in Florida, we approach it with the same level of professionalism and quality. We bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in the industry, both in the field and on job sites. In addition to our experience, we place a strong focus on ongoing training and skill development. Our crew — especially our laborers and apprentices — regularly receive training to improve their knowledge, safety practices, and craftsmanship in every trade we offer. Whether it’s new techniques, better tools, or updated materials, we’re always learning so we can continue delivering excellent results for our customers. Our commitment to training ensures our team stays sharp, safe, and skilled — no matter the size or scope of the job.
