Stanek Inspections performed an Inspection, 4-pt and Wind Mitigation on a home we are purchasing. Our inspector, Shane, was very professional, on time, courteous and quite thorough. His report was highly detailed and included many photographs, including drone shots for the roof. We highly recommend Stanek Inspections!

I had these guys out for a home inspection on a house I was buying and they were great. I had to follow up after the inspection and Shane Stanek answered all of my questions personally. I would recommend this inspector to anyone. Throughout the entire process and even after they were accommodating, affordable, and professional. It is easy to see that communication and transparency are something they value highly.

We hired Stanek Inspections to do a pre-listing inspection on a property we were selling. Highly recommend! Pay a little money before listing to find the issues and bring top $ for your property. The owner, Shane, was professional, knowledgeable and arrived early. He identified an issue that could have caused a deal to fall through or at best a negotiation with the buyer that would not have been in our favor. You will certainly get your ROI by hiring Stanek Inspections.
