What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Swimwell Pool and Lawn Care offers quality pool and lawn care to single famiy residences and Vacation Rental Properties on Florida's Nature Coast. Lawn Care Services include mow, trim, edge, blow off driveways, walks and decks. Weekly service $99 per month on average./ Bi-weekly $69 per month average/one time service $40 average. Weekly Pool Service includes skim, brush, vacuum, test chems and adjust, clean debris baskets and monthly filter cleans- $99 per month average. We offer a Pool and Lawn Bundle Discount at $159 per month for both!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Swimwell will communicate a firm estimate to customer. Swimwell will provide customer with an invoice via email after completion of their first service. Recurring monthly services are billed on the first of each month.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner is a retired former Law Enforcement Officer and Monroe County (Florida Keys) Safety and Security Administrator. He is a Authorized OSHA Instructor in General Industry as well as a American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor. All staff are background checked and screened through offender databases and FDLE.
