What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard fee of $200. We do not charge per vent or up sell once we are in your home. We will also upon request clean your dryer vent for free with our service. We also Clean Dryer Vents separately for $75.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Informing the client what we do, why it's best to go with us and what to look for when talking with other companies so they can make an informed decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
