Ken Stock and his team are fabulous. I am from New York where I am used to having refinishing, restoration and carpentry work done by craftsmen and women described as "Old World Crafts Professional" and Ken Stock and his team fit that description to a tee. Their knowledge is excellent and from what they describe, their completion of work is done to top standards. In New York, I have worked with knowledgeable crafts people from Europe and the Caribbean and I look forward to having work done by Ken Stock and his team in Florida.

Ken quoted the job and then communicated a date he would pickup the furniture. He never showed up and his cell is no longer in service...

Ken stole my Thomasville dining room hutch. He picked it up to refinish, when I called him to ask about when it would be ready, he had changed his phone number. I reached out to him via Thumbtack and he gave me his new number and we scheduled a deliverytime. He never showed up. It has been over a week and he will not return my phone calls, texts, or emails. I have contacted the police. I have dug deeper into online reviews and have discovered he is a serial conman.

I do have her hutch and the agreement was for us to keep it till she came back from vacation and thats what we did. I change our phone number and posted it on thumb tack. She never let us know when she came back. So her hutch has been setting in the ware house. I had a family reuion to go to to where no phone service or internet was available for a week. Everythi g was set up to be delivered but by other workers but had no address or phone numbers to make contact. I was anavailble due to no service We just got in service. She will get her stuff back conman sure. Im sorry that it happen but we will make it right what ever it takes.
