Absolutely the worst home inspector I have ever seen. Unprofessional service . Every item in my home he said was a problem was in fact no issue at all. He broke the gfi plug in the kitchen and didnt have the integrity to report it.He doesnt even know what a properly installed ground on a water heater or electric panel should look like. He just put down both didnt have a ground. Totally incompetent Didnt check the HVAC or heater for the pool or hot tub. I am reporting this person to the county

This guy is the seller. I did not have a contract with him, nor know who he is. I haven't said EVERY Item was an issue in any of the 2900 homes I have inspected.
