- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our jobs are priced on a list of charges for number of pieces of drying equipment, service calls to home, chemicals, trash hauling, and labor hours worked. We have never turned down a job over price! We are very interesting to come up with an agreeable number and do the job for a flat fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To renew my Mold Remediator License Florida State approved classes are required.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Matthew Jerabek: owner worked as a Regional Manager for another water company for 9 months in 2003 before ending that relationship over ethical concerns I had. Two weeks later I started Mr Dry Out with one van and some new equipment, that was July 2004.
