- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and consistent. My prices are the same for all. I do run on occasion a nice discount. Check out one of my pages to see if you can save even more. Yelp, Facebook, or my web page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know your concerns so I will listen to you... I will then test your water and get some base numbers for the most common basic water conditions. Then we can talk about what I find and I can build you the most economical solution to handle your concerns. Once I quote you solution have the choice on what you do next. I like to be no pressure and work with you so your comfortable with the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by many great professionals, In the last 20 years I have had training from large companies in the business to factory training.
