Tim had initially performed a water test and provided me with product alternatives. After I chose my product selection (hybrid water tank + RO system), he set a date for the work order completion and personally came down to finish the work. The whole work was done in 5 hours. He patiently answered all my questions about the system and how to do proper maintenance. He is a qualified professional with the knowledge to go along with it.

Tim was the first to call me. Then he:
Arrived when he said he would (less than 24 hours after i posted on thumbtack),
Baseline tested water,
answered my questions,
Took apart and checked all the parts,
Put it all back together,
Made sure it was working correctly with additional water testing,
Setup the computer properly,
and charged me what he said he would...
which was a VERY good price.
It doesn't get better than that!
I found my new water softener guy!

that's exactly what it was, I'm truly thrilled, to run a load of clothes, dishes, and sheets/towels..

Tim did an installation of water softener and a carbon filter for the whole house. I talked to 4 companies but picked T&K for a couple of reasons: Tim is knowledgeable, he was not selling but explained all the differences of the systems, he outlined the plan of the installation and went over all the details in person. He was very responsive throughout the process and very punctual. He did a job himself, so I knew that everything we talked about will be done. He did a very good job with the installation. Water quality is so much better now! Overall, I recommend Tim for such projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and consistent. My prices are the same for all. I do run on occasion a nice discount. Check out one of my pages to see if you can save even more. Yelp, Facebook, or my web page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know your concerns so I will listen to you... I will then test your water and get some base numbers for the most common basic water conditions. Then we can talk about what I find and I can build you the most economical solution to handle your concerns. Once I quote you solution have the choice on what you do next. I like to be no pressure and work with you so your comfortable with the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by many great professionals, In the last 20 years I have had training from large companies in the business to factory training.
