Fixed the original problem with shingles that had shifted, found several others that hadn't been glued down properly on a fix sometime in the past and fixed those too preventing future problems (hopefully :-) ) .
Willing to negotiate the price some for a small job that wasn't a rush (at their convenience) but still did a very thorough job fixing the original problem plus spotting, reporting, documenting and then fixing the other unglued tiles (future problems, which of course cost a bit more, but fair). He explained about what was wrong and the solution and also documented with picture.

All pricing is particular to the individual customer and individual project. We will always be fair with our pricing and exceptional in our results.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the first thing we like to do is set up an appointment to meet in person and go over the scope of the project. Once that is done we will provide a quote to the client. If everything is agreed on, then we will put them on the schedule for an agreed upon date and time window.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All management within APS has been in the industry of construction and all things home maintenance for 10+ years.
