Did not make it passed the point of an "offer." Ms. Tosi sent an offer and never made any future contact despite being asked for details. After sending another message to inquire if she was no longer interested in tutoring, her only response was "correct."
I feel that a professional tutor representing this site should provide their clients the courtesy of formally declining an offer via message. If I had known Ms. Tosi was not interested in offering her tutoring services, I could have moved forward with other offers.
For future improvements I suggest Ms Tosi work on her communication skills with potential clients.
