FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every commercial or industrial project is unique, and I want to make sure we’re fully aligned before work begins. I start by discussing your goals, timeline, and specific needs so I understand exactly what you’re looking for. From there, I provide a detailed quote and proposal that outlines the scope, deliverables, and pricing. This ensures there are no surprises and that we’re all on the same page, allowing the project to run smoothly and efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For commercial and industrial projects, I begin by discussing your vision, project scope, and goals in detail. I then prepare a custom proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. Once approved, I schedule and complete the shoot, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Afterward, I review the results with you to make sure the images meet or exceed expectations before delivering the final files.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting Way Up Commercial Media, I worked as a boilermaker and welder mechanic on nuclear power plants. This background gives me unique insight into industrial environments, safety procedures, and the technical detail required for accurate visual documentation in high-stakes settings. I’ve also trained extensively in drone operation (FAA Part 107 licensed) and professional photography techniques.
