I have a master bathroom I'm remodeling that I wanted to install 5 1/4" crown molding. It's 60 feet of non standard angles with slanted ceilings, 14 different miters to do. I connected with them at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, they came and looked at the job same day, said no problem, and that they could do it in one day on Monday. I was a bit nervous and thought, yeah, 2 days, no way they can do it in one day. Jason is a true carpenter in every sense of the word, he was done in about a half day, zipped right through it with tight mitered joints, then Pamela caulked and painted it. It is beautiful, I'm exceptionally happy. They were fast, with excellent quality, and very affordable, three things that don't usually go together. They delivered, I will certainly use them again and refer them to others. What a gem of company and a pleasure to work with.

Spruce it up was extremely professional, paid attention to detail and offered way better prices than their competitors. I felt lucky to work with them. They installed new baseboards and patched up the drywall after my house suffered water damage from a burst pipe.

Am very pleased with the work this company did in replacing baseboards inside and painting them and sanding, caulking and painting the trim in the front of my home. They arrived at the time we agreed upon (which is unheard of when dealing with contractors in my experience) and worked tirelessly. Only stopped once to eat a quick lunch and back to work. No smoking or phone breaks. Very respectful, polite and honest. I would definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I look at a job and discuss materials, time and installation ,then I can work up a price that is fair and agreeable with everyone. Always willing to negotiate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all going to look at the job in person,with the client. I like to discuss all aspects with the client to make sure were on the same page. Not assuming any thing helps to keep the customer happy which in turn makes me happy.Going over cost and time job will take.{nobody likes surprises} And last of all guarantee my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 yrs of on the job training. my expertise is interior and exterior painting .
