I’ll start with the pros before I go into the cons of working with this company. When they arrived they seemed nice, and wrapped and packed the furniture in the truck great. Now the cons: These movers are extremely unprofessional. They arrived 25 min late for the move. Before we got on the road they confirm it should take them 3 hrs and 50 min to get to my new home(I moved from Jacksonville to St. Petersburg, Fl.) I expected them to arrive a little later because of stops and traffic, but not as late as they were. They left around 12:30pm and didn’t arrive until 7pm. I met them at the apartment and had some friends in the area meet to help with little things as well. We waited over an hr for them, and they didn’t communicate any delays until I called them. When called they said they were 20 min away, but didn’t show up for another hr and 20 min. So much time was wasted, and then when they arrived they were moving so slow unpacking the truck. My friends and I (4 women and 1 man) started helping with the things we could carry to speed up the process because it was getting late. The only thing they did was take things off of the truck and load it in the elevator. We did the rest. They then rushed us for payment before finishing the job, left my bed downstairs in the hallway near the elevator and my dining room table in the hallway upstairs near my apartment. They didn’t put any of the furniture back together(after saying they would), left everything wrapped, and left without saying anything or confirming they received my payment. This was the worst experience. I tried calling them to see where they went and they wouldn’t answer. Just disappeared while we were working. I paid movers to do a job that I my friends and I ended up doing. Do NOT Hire them!!

Last minute decision, they finished in about half the time I expected. Very pleased with their work, anytime I need help moving I'll call WeMove
