I have a color laser printer that had jammed and a part had come loose that I could not get back in place. Jaime was very responsive, arranging to meet me at convenient times. He is very knowledgeable and has a tremendous work ethic. He wants to make his customers happy. After making some adjustments, the problem was not resolved, so he took my printer to his shop to take it apart, and was able to identify the problem and recommend a cost-efficient solution, and then delivered it back to me (working again) on a Sunday. My printer problems was a little more than just replacing cartridges and I did not want to throw out a $700 printer. Technician stayed in touch after answering the ad and came when he said he would. He was polite, knowledgeable and experienced and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He charged the agreed upon price, though I was happy to tip since shipping the printer alone would have cost what he charged. I am a happy customer. The Printing equipment varies a lot from one unit to another, from their maintenance needs to the supplies and parts needed to accomplish the job. Also, the job depends on the specialty needed for the service. However, most of my calls cost about USD 75.00 per call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Get to know the customer, their printing needs, and aspirations, and focus on providing them with the service that they request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Multiple certifications in the Industry, such as Ricoh, Kyocera Mita, Sharp, Mimaki, Epson and Duplo USA Corporation, and more that 30 years of experience in the field.
