Faced with a clogged utility sink and a leaking garbage disposal, we selected Rob’s Sewer and Drain to help us. Contrary to the often found contractor doldrums, Rob was responsive and well prepared. Quick to fit us in their schedule, our sink was unclogged and our loose garbage disposal was re-sealed and reinstalled to save the day! Conscientious and professional, we were pleased with their work and we would strongly recommend Rob’s Sewer and Drain.

Researched and researched looking for the right plumber and after calling Rob it was soon evident I made the right decision. He was on time for our appointment and called an hour before letting me know he was on his way. Discovered my clogged drain issue very quickly and snaked the line which cleared it partially so it would drain. Told me there could be long term issues since it was mostly grease causing the clog and told me there were several solutions al costing several hundred dollars. One was he could make the repairs. But because the issue was merely replacing the pvc line from the kitchen to the main line and his knowing I was a contractor with the proper tools {fence contractor} he told me what to do to save the cost of hiring him. He also gave me his personal number in case I needed advice. And because he only partially snaked the line he only charged me a service call and not the $250 that was quoted to make the fix. Being a contractor and believing honesty is the secret to a successful business I have no qualms about recommending Rob. He took the time to to explain everything and then told me step by step how to make long term repairs if needed. You could ask for more. He was as much interested in solving my problems as he was in selling me anything. That is how I operate my business and to find someone who believes in the same is refreshing. I highly recommend Rob, he is an OK guy, a true professional, outgoing and HONEST.

We had a plumbing leak that turned into a much bigger problem than we expected. Rob took the time to explain every step along the way so that we understood all the work that was needed. I would definitely recommend his work to anyone.

He is extremely honest and with fair pricing . He put my wife at ease during a very stressful weak and fixed our plumbing issue while being curious and even making my teething one year old happy .my wife couldn't say enough kind things about him when I got off of work. I just wish she had asked him about other future projects as we will definatly be using him agian for all of our plumbing needs.
